I have the honor to acquaint you that the Fifty horses to be provided for the [16th] Queen's Reg[imen]t of Light Dragoons under your Command, in Consequence of my letter to you of the 11th instant are to be ready to be delivered by the Dealers at Portsmouth by the 25th of February next, but they are not to be taken out of their hands until Orders are given for embarking them.
