The British Soldiers going to settle in Nova Scotia who are embarked in the Undermentioned Ships are to consider themselves as belonging to the several Companies of Militia according to the following Arrangement, they will therefore obey the orders of their respective Officers to what the Commander in Chief has given Commissions until the Governor of Nova Scotia makes new Arrangements in their behalf.

The Men of the 17th Dragoons, 7th & 37th Regt. on board the Clinton to Capt. Joseph Pell's Company.

The Men of the 22d Regt. on board the Nancy R. Bruce Master Co Capt. Sairuel Kirk's Company.

The Men of the 22d on Board the Prosperous Anrilla Co Capt. Joseph Betts Company.

The Men of the 43d Regt. on Board the Castor to Capt. Joseph Dewer's Company.

The Men of the 42d Regt. on board the Friendship Co Capt. Thon-as Leonard's Company.

The Men of the 38th Regt. on board the DuCchess of Russia Co Capt. John Minshulls Company.

The Men of the 38th & 23d Regts. on board the Charrring Nancy Co Capt. Jno. Huggeford's Company.

The Men of the 7th, 17th, 37th & 38th Regts. on board the John & Jane to Capt. Joseph Thorn's Company.

The Men of the 38th & 40th Regts. on board the Nancy T Hainrond Master Co Capt. Thos. Wooley's Company.

The Men of the 40th & 42d Regts. on board the Neptune Co Capt. Thomas Fairchild's Company.

The Men of the 42d Regt. on board the Mercury Co Capt. Sarrl. Dickinson's Company.

The Men of the 42d Regt. on board the Jason Co Capt. Thomas Spraiggs Company.

The Men of the 38th & 40th in the Lord Townsend Co be under the Command. of the Senior Officer on board that Ship.

The Men of the 40th in the Robert & Elizabeth Co Capt. Benjn. Jarvis's Company.

 

The several Officers under whom these Men are placed will report their Conduce during the Passage Co the Senior Officer at the Post where they land.
