Head Quarters New York Island

6th October 1776

 

        A Squadron of [the] 17th Dragoons on New York Island will march tomorrow, and Join the Regiment at Flushing.

The 16th Dragoons will take all their guards this evening at Gun firing.

A Dragoon [is] to be Sent at four o'clock from each of the Dragoon guards to New York to conduct the Reliefs.
