The Detachments of the Royal Artillery and 17th Dragoons, 3d Battalion [of] Light Infantry, 3d Battalion [of] Grenadiers, 3d and 5th Brigades [of] British and 2 Brigade[s] [of] Hessians (Losbergs and Schmidts) as well as all the Officers and Soldiers now Embarked under the Command of Lieutenant General Clinton, will receive their Orders from him.
