Till further arrangements are made, Major General Clinton, and under him Brigadiers Earl Percy and Jones, are appointed to the Command and inspection of the following Corps, vizt Csic3 4th, 23rd, 35th, 40th, 44th, 63rd and 2nd Battalion of Marines. Major General Burgoyne, and under him Brigadier Robertson, are appointed to the Command and inspection of the 17th Dragoons, 10th, 49th, 59th, lath, and 65th Regiments of Foot.
