Stephen Albright, Kitchener and Father of Daughters Rachel and Alice
Stephen Albright,a Gentleman, serves as Lord Grey's Kitchener. He is responsible for the management of all food stuffs for the household. He has several properties located mainly in Wessex and Devonshire. He has a small manor near the Household given to him by Lord Grey for exemplary service. Stephen, as an older member of the household is conscious of the current fashions, but prefers less attention getting outfits. Sometimes, however, he will indulge in a garment or two of expensive materials.
Stephen tries to balance his duties as Kitchener with seeing to the proper upbringing of his two daughters. His eldest daughter Alice is betrothed to a minor knight. This means greater political connections for Stephen and also an increase in property and money. His youngest daughter, Rachel, resides in the household of his oldest friend. The lady of the house is supervising Rachel's education and teaching her the skills necessary to be a proper Gentlewoman and to run a household. Although Stephen is a gentleman of modest means he has a few trusted servants to manage his affairs and to take care of his properties.
- Steve is a single dad (separated} who enjoys spending as much time as he can with his daughter, Rachel.

Alice Albright is the Kitchener's oldest daughter. Trained to read and write in Latin, French, and English, she expected to lead a life of contemplation in a convent until her fortuitous betrothal to Sir John Palmer, a minor knight from Sussex. Now she prepares excitedly for her upcoming marriage and elevation in status. She is religious and dutiful but overly fond of fancy clothing.
- Alexia is studying for a Masters degree in Visual Culture: Costume Studies at NYU. She lives in New York City with her husband Mike and is a certified gemologist. She hopes to work with antique jewelry when she graduates.

Fourth daughter of the local Sheriff, Audrey has been employed within the household of the Kitchener from a young age.

- Lara is currently the Secretary of Lord Grey’s Retinue and helps provide direction on the roles of women and their clothing of the 15th century.

James Barker is a yeoman archer in the wartime force of Lord Codnor. He resides at the manor and supports his liege with his bow and in the pantry. James’s family own several large farms in Derbyshire and as the oldest son it is his duty to work in the household of Lord Grey to keep his family in the good graces of Lord Grey.
- James is a Webmaster and Graphic Artist professionally and is married to Kimberly.
- For Lord Grey’s he currently provides web design and maintenance for along with direction, patterns, and design for the men’s clothing.

Katharine is a Lady in Waiting to the Steward's wife and helps care for the family of Lord Grey’s Steward.

Charles is employed by his land owner Geoffrey Bourrett. Charles cares for and maintains his Lord's armour and weaponry. When his armoury chores are done you can usually find him helping out in the kitchen.
